Welcome to Dahab Massage! I am Atiq Zabinski, a massage therapist trained at the Maui School of Therapeutic Massage in Hawaii. I will be happy to guide your body in rediscovering its natural state of health, comfort and peace. I am a sensitive and intuitive bodyworker, renowned for my pain-free deep tissue work. I have helped clients recover from bursitis, tendonitis, frozen shoulder, repetitive stress injuries and postural dysfunctions, and have helped others cope with ongoing conditions such as fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

My treatment utilizes the following techniques. Any or all of them may be used in your treatment depending on your body's needs. There is no extra charge for deep tissue!
	Lomi-lomi (traditional Hawaiian massage): Like the sacred hula dance, this ancient healing modality echoes the rhythm of ocean waves. The therapist's forearms swim like dolphins over the body, gently restoring fluidity and bringing great calm.
	Swedish: When people speak of "relaxing massage", Swedish massage is usually what they mean. Long flowing strokes soothe the nervous system, restore the body's sense of wholeness and promote health by aiding the circulation and lymphatic systems. Then the muscles are kneaded like dough, their tension gently squeezed away.
	Deep Tissue: Ideal for muscles aching from overuse, trauma, and postural imbalances, deep tissue massage uses slow, powerful strokes and compressions to gently penetrate layers of muscle and fascia and provide needed relief. This does not have to hurt! Many therapists have given this modality a bad name by working too fast, fighting the body instead of working with it. Let me give you the gain without the pain!
	Assisted Stretching: Let me help you quickly gain better flexibility and work through your sticking points. Discover how much further you can go with a little help from your therapist!

My rates are: 200 EGP for 1 hour (about 28 Euros, $36 US)* 250 EGP for 90 minutes (about 35 Euros, $45 US)* 300 EGP for 2 hours (about 42 Euros, $54 US)*

But I live in Egypt on Dahab wages! I CAN'T AFFORD massage! Relax, I understand. I live here, too. I have ways of making massage affordable for residents of Egypt and Dahab in particular. I offer discounted rates and welcome barter: maybe you have goods or services you can exchange. You can also get further discounts or even free massages by referring clients to me, or by buying several massages for yourself, friends or family. Call me for details.
